Meet our Pastor and Wife

Pastor “P” – Glenn W. Perkins

• Husband of 33 years to Lady Phyllis Perkins, father to Tiffany Perkins and the youngest of 3 children. 

• He was introduced to Revelation Church Apostolic Faith Inc. through marriage.  Received the Holy Ghost under the Pastorship of Bishop Treadis Tyler in 2001.  As he remained faithful and full of the Holy Ghost he was ordained as a Deacon in 2003 and was appointed Head Deacon in 2007.  He was called to the ministry and ordained a Minister in 2009 by Bishop Gentry Richardson Sr. of Bethlehem Temple Church Inc. of LA and ordained an Elder by Bishop Charles Jordan, True Pentecost of Vallejo, CA and ordained Pastor of Revelation June, 2017.  He serves as President of the Board of Directors of Revelation, he’s on the Board of the California Apostolic Fellowship, the Sunday school Superintendent and teacher.

• Pastor Perkins attended the University of Arizona where he exceled in the sport of football and was drafted to the U.S.F.L. Arizona Wranglers in 1982.  He then retired and received an AS Degree from El Camino College in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He has further is education in Biblical Studies at Aenon Bible College, Carson, CA.

• He currently works for NBC Universal Studios as an Air Condition Foreman, where he heads the Safety Team for which he received an Outstanding Service and Dedication Award from the Environmental Health & Safety Department.  He has been a valuable employee for over 34 years and is an active member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

• God has given him the determination to push through adversities in order to better himself and therefore better his family while being navigated by the Holy Ghost.

Pastor "P" as the congregation calls him, believes that :

“it’s time for saints to get back to living right because it's right to do and it pleases God”. If we remember that the eyes of the Lord are in every place beholding the good and the evil, we can live "Rapture Ready".  His motto is

“When you see the light, get to the light and walk in the light”.

Lady “P” - Phyllis Perkins

• Wife of 33 years to Pastor Glenn Perkins, mother to Tiffany Perkins and oldest daughter of 4 children to the late Evangelist Willie Mae Edwards.

• Member of Revelation, for approx.  50 years.  Received the Holy Ghost under the Pastorship of the late Bishop Treadis W. Tyler in 1992.  She is a member, Church Administrator, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Sunday School Teacher and Praise Team Leader. 

• She is also a Board Member and Assistant Secretary to the California Apostolic Fellowship. As member of this fellowship, she has also held positions as praise team member and a member of the choir directing team.

• Lady "P"  holds an AA Degree in Office Administration and a BA Degree in Business Administration, with additional training in Church Organization and Administration and Biblical Studies through the Aenon School of Theology, Carson CA, where she currently attends.

• She has been a CA State Notary Public since 1997 and was featured in the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide – 2011. 

• She recently retired from the City of Los Angeles, Office of Finance as a Tax Compliance Officer III after 33 years of service. 

• She believes in the ministry of the whole man and living life to the fullest.   The abundant life that the Lord talks about in the scriptures includes natural as well as spiritual.

Lady "P" continues to operate through her passion of church organization (due order) and worship unto God; to obtain this testimony, “that the words of her mouth and the meditation of her heart is acceptable in his sight so that he can present her faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy”.
